01 Standard Documents for Application- Individuals

The standard documents required for your application are:

i)   2 (Two) forms of Identification. 

ii)  A recent job letter and payslip.

iii) A recent utility bill or bank statement (In the borrower's name) for proof of address.

For business owners or purchases under a business the following (if available) are further requirements:

i)   Copy of Business Registration

ii)  Copy of VAT Certificate

iii) Copy of BIR Certificate

iv) Copy of Utility Bill in business' name. 

v)  Last three years of Financials.

vi) Copies of each Director's DP
